sweet assumptions...

He left it there

On Christmas day

Sitting in my closet

Said nothing

(probably for fear I will write about it) ;-)

But still I am assuming

After all, he sent an sms

To have it fitted for my finger

  1. Is that your hand and ring? Is that for a wedding proposal or some sort? :)

  2. I can't imagine myself right now as a groom but perhaps in the future. This will be a great ring for a lovely bride I bet.

  3. Can you add more verses as to what happened next? You have an interesting and romantic piece. Something I could relate to.

  7. I like how open ended this piece of poetry is but I'm sure it's about getting married or getting into a serious relationship.
